As a Sales & C.S. Trainer in a successful Call Center with over 25 yrs. experience, my role was to train phone reps to have a more pleasant, more successful “Contact Center Experience”, using scripting techniques, monitoring & tracking success and my own original training documents which were professional & challenging, yet fun & creative. At a local Adult Career Center, I taught basic Workforce Development, including resume building, interviewing skills, communication in the workplace, etc too ALL students who came through, regardless of their course of certification.
