A dedicated, organized and professional yet flexible educator with several years experience in teaching French, I believe that motivating students is the most important factor for the teaching/learning experience. My experience tells me that if students are not actively participating in class, they are not learning. Therefore, I believe that students must be active learners. My job as an educator is to guide them in their learning process, to learn about their learning styles and teach them in a personalized manner to the extent possible, to entice their curiosity and interest to learn more. Furthermore, I insist on the memorization by repetition by using mnemonic tricks, flash cards, reviews.
