Set up teaching schedule for both foreign and Chinese teachers. Set up plans for teachers and students activities. Help to control students in class. I did English-Chinese translation for foreign teachers, parents and administration. I taught English class to students ages 6 to 13, and tutored students in English. I Tutored Chinese students in both China and Europe I was an advisor to the director for teacher’s problems. I communicated to the parents the student’s progress, and any behavioral problems. I made my own teaching tools, and created a teaching style that proved to be very successful in getting students to learn.
