I prefer to work with students in their own homes or near by libraries. I break sessions into fifteen minute intervals with mini breaks. I bring workbook materials with me and partiularly if a child needs help with reading use crossword puzzles or books a child might actually like to read. My comments on tutoring Journalism : Minored in writing at Loyola Marymount and took Journalism 1 and 2. I also was a history major, which required a great deal of research writing.

My studies in history have made me a terrific writer and researcher. I also have a great amount of experience in creative writing having taken many courses and working in talent agencies. I think people learn best when they are in a supportive and exciting environment. Education should engage students on multiple levels.
