I am very positive, encouraging, and patient when working with children. Throughout my education, I have come to learn and adapt to many different types of learners. I understand that students many require alternative teaching methods to accommodate to their personal needs and I enjoy the challenge. Personally, I am a visual learner, however I always make my best attempt to address auditory and tactile learners. In doing so, I have seem the motivation in students increase which has been shown in their test scores and overall grades.
