I have taught Science curriculum for thirty years. The subjects I have taught include Physical Science, Life Science, Earth Science, Zoology, Biology, Chemistry and AP Chemistry. I have a passion and talent in teaching Chemistry with many short and usefull tricks to learning the material. I have had great success with the students that have taken the AP Chemistry test.
In my classroom experience, I have developed a process of instruction followed by in-class practice that effectivly leads to individual learning. As an instuctor in a one on one situation I have found it best to deal with the deficiencies of learning and reinforce the material the student knows. While working on my BS in Psychology I worked part time as a respite provider for children with brain, emotional, or behavioral disorders.
