I have plenty of formal training dealing with all types of people because of my management background. I do well with teenagers and younger children. My daughter is in her 2nd year of college, just ask her. I feel that if you approach teaching a subject in such a way that children or teenagers, for that matter, can relate to then the learning process will be that much more fun and enjoyable. I'm a visual and object-oriented learner, and I tend to illustrate concepts through drawing, using props, as well as using rhythm, rhyme and personification.
