I have taken statistics and gotten an A in the course and still have all course materials to give a general overview of statistics and how to use SPSS. I am knowledgeable on the software and would be able to answer questions on statistics because of how well I did and how I used to help others who struggled with the class. My teaching style is to have a set of problems made up for the students to observe as examples to help understand certain chapters. I will assign additional problems if needed and focus on the subject matter that is the hardest for the individual to understand.

It is important to differentiate and identify the way that each child needs to be taught and engaged in the lesson. Lessons must be concrete and meaningful to a child. If things are taught to them in a way and on a level that they can grasp any child can be taught. It is important to me that each child be given an opportunity to learn. During my junior year of undergraduate work, I was contacted by a professor and asked to become an English tutor intern for my fellow students and visiting exchange students from Aichi, Japan. I was told that this hands-on tutoring would also coincide with an upper level English class, a class in which permission of its instructor, the English department and recommendations from other professors were all required.
