I find out the strength of each student at the base of chemistry and then start working with them to help them with the subject. I always believed that if base is weak, the follow up becomes harder and harder.
I have a PhD in Organic Chemistry. I did post-doctorate work with 2010 Chemistry Nobel Prize Winner. I am a lab manager at specialty chemicals manufacturer managing PhD and BS Chemists working on varieties of projects. I have a very thorough knowledge of Chemistry.
