I have 11 years of experience as a Paraprofessional on the secondary level. I work with children that have all kinds of learning disabilities and mild behavior problems. I have great skills in managing small groups of students and can carry out any accomodations on an IEP. I am fair, fun, but firm. I really enjoy teaching the writing process.I love working with all children, and I firmly believe that all children can learn to become great writers when they find out what the discipline expects of them.
