I love teaching and enjoy working with all types of students from remedial to enrichment as well as at-rist, non traditonal, and college students. I have a very interactive teaching style. I enjoy getting the students involved in the learning process. I encourage students to be active rather than passive learners. I have taught, tutored, trained and mentored students of all ages for more than 15 years. My background includes being a math teacher and adjunct professor. I taught at colleges in New Jersey and at Duke University. The students I tutor are often in grades 5-12, in college or preparing to return to school.
