I am a student-oriented teacher and am willing to do all I can to make learning approaches applicable to each child’s needs. My goal in tutoring is to help the child connect with the subject at hand and develop a greater interest in learning, irrespective of the method used. My educational background in social work lends to a caring, compassionate, yet motivational approach. I taught elementary Art, P.E., and library class. Through encourgment, repetition, and practicallity anyone is capable of learning under a caring teacher.
