Study Skills is one of my top subjects! Nobody likes to study, but there are several different ways to develop study skills. I lacked in study skills at a young age and learned to develop them and I can give aid to develop others.

I spent the last several years preparing to become a teacher and have enjoyed every bit of it. I have spent time in the classroom, varying from 4th grade and up not only in math classes, which I will be teaching, but others as well. Although it was not necessary to get a Minor in Education to become a teacher, I decided that it would be in my best interest to gain as much knowledge on different teaching styles and approaches to developing my own classroom environment. All students have the ability to learn it just comes down to understanding the best way to help a student achieve at the highest level possible.
I like to help students discover the solutions and answers on their own. I am here to help guide them in the right direction not to provide the answer.

I possess talent for making the classroom fun and entertaining, with a passion for cultural harmony and teaching students to appreciate their own culture and language as well as being confident in American English. I am confident with people of all backgrounds and knowledgeable about all aspects of social studies.
