My comments on tutoring Government : I have a Political Science minor in secondary education and enjoy government studies.

Achieved a vast array of educational experience as a substitute teacher by working in all grade levels and in all subjects including special education. Experiences gained in the following school districts: Algonac, Brown City, Carsonville-Port Sanilac Croswell-Lexington, East China, Marysville, Peck, Port Huron and Sandusky. Guest Teaching for four weeks from November 26, 2012 thru December 21, 2012 for Jeff Downs. Classes covered; 7th grade Geography, 8th grade U.S History, 9th grade U.S. History and 10th grade World History. A Little Bit About Me...

As a graduate student from Central Michigan University I have learned several different methods to use when tutor students. Knowing that all students do not learn the same way or at the same speed I use several different programs/methods when tutoring a student. With younger studengts I use a combination of work books and computer lessons along with small homework assignments. With older students I use programs such as writing small reports at first while slowly building them up to larger yet easy to grasp essays. I work with the students on topics that they are interested in to try to make their tutoring as enjoyable as an enjoyable experience as possible.

I went to public schools in East Detroit, Michigan. In eighth grade I set a personal goal to attend the University of Michigan. I never had private tutors. My strongest subject is math. Mr Learmont, my junior high school history teacher would frequently say, "Take care of these books and these books will take care of you." It was that inspiration that raised me to love learning and in turn teaching others.

A Little Bit About Me...

My teaching style is very unique because I tend to simplify the understanding process of mathematical analysis. I feel that I can teach anyone from 1st grade up to the college level. But I never do the problems for the student. Instead, I guide them through the problem so the student will learn first hand how to solve calculations step by step.
While I was going to school I became a student tutor in the areas of calculus, physics and chemistry. Most were just help with the basic calculations and the understanding of simple fundamentals.
