At the University of Illinois at Chicago I earned a bachelor's of science degree in electrical engineering and worked as a teaching assistant for three sememsters of graduate school. After leaving the university I tutored former students from my labs in math, science, engineering, and programming. I did this as hobby. I enjoy working with students. I have always loved mathematics and during high school I knew I wanted to work with children. During my senior year of high school I completed the Regional Program of Excellence through BOCES. This experience made me determine that becoming a teacher was what I wanted to do. I attended Siena College from September of 2005 until May of 2009. I am currently working on my Master's Degree at Utica College in their Leadership and Instruction in Inclusive Classrooms program.
