A Little Bit About Me...

I recently have spent the last six months in the Head Start Program as a center teacher. We prepare them for kindergarten. I have taught all grade levels. I currently have a BA with a concentration in K-8 education. Due to online classes, I have written hundreds of research and essay papers using APA style although I have helped my son use MLA which I can write in effectively.
Teaching mainly K-8 on a consistent schedule, I have learned that some students need one-on-one teaching. Being the third teacher in Head Start, I had time to work with individual students. I have earned a degree in History from the University of Michigan and I have earned my teaching certificate and Master's degree from Wayne State University. I love making every child feel good about there abilities. I try to access how each individual learns. I then can than bring math into there world.
