I have taught Spanish and ESL at the collegiate, upper/high, and middle school levels. I earned my B.A. in Spanish with a history minor from Baylor University in 3.5 years and graduated Magna cum Laude. I earned my M.A. in Spanish at Baylor University in May of 2010. I have tutored extensively both during and after my studies. I look forward to working with you.
I believe that anyone can learn. I approach history as a story (albeit a very detailed one) and languages as a skill set. I don't do rote memorization, but instead emphasize the patterns, causes, and effects of concepts. If you can begin to understand the why and the patterns behind concepts, the material becomes more meaningful and a lot of the need for rote memorization is removed. I am a Master's recipient and a prospective medical student

I have recently completed my course of studies in Medical and Biological Sciences and was awarded my Master's Degree from Mississippi College in Clinton, Mississippi on December 19, 2014. I hope to begin Medical School in the fall and am currently awaiting word of my application status at LSU Health Sciences Center in New Orleans and in Shreveport. I finished graduate school with a 3.9 GPA, was salutatorian of my high school class, and have an extensive history of academic accomplishment in both the classroom and in academic competition. A Little Bit About Me...

I began working in Tangipahoa Parish February of 1983. I tutored in the Migrant program When our school moved I moved to a 6th Grade class where I taught self-contained, team taught, etc. When we moved, once again, to a new school I with Mrs. Deborah Ellzey as a team-teacher.
