A Little Bit About Me...

I am currently attending Air Academy High School as a senior. My expected date of graduation is May 17, 2012. I am studying multiple core classes but take a special interest in English. I have taken multiple classes including grammar, writing, and everywhere in between. I have also taken an assortment of Math classes. Now I am currently taking Functions, Statistics, and Trig. Taking the fear out of testing, one session at a time

Currently I am tutoring Biology (among other sciences) as well as English at Pueblo Community College. I have been there for close to a half of a year at this point. Learning "glitches", different learning styles, and a fear of being wrong often contribute to the problem. I try to discern how the student is thinking about the work, and then I use a variety of techniques to guide him/her to understanding. Love to watch students learn and succeed!
