SAT Tutor with Specialized Curriculum

I have been tutoring high school students for a couple years with excellent results. My method of learning to take the SATs is very unique and has led to me using this system to score in the top 0.5% of all test takers. Anyone can learn to excel on this important test but most people go about it the wrong way. I am currently a sophomore in the college of engineering at Cornell University and have a great deal of experience in mathematics and science.

It states that "All beauty is a making one of opposites, and a making one of opposites is what we are going after in ourselves" Thus, I relate the subject matter in hand to students' personal lives. For example, if we are learning Le Chartelier's Princlple, which concerns the response of a chemical reaction to stress, I have my students discuss the types of stress they experience, and their responses. We compare this to the beautifully precise and appropriate reaction in Chemistry, where the response is never inapproriate, insufficent or in excess. I earned two bachelors' degrees from Norwich University in 2011. I graduated with a BS in Sports Medicine Athletic Training and a BS in Sports Medicine Health Sciences with minors in Biology, Chemistry, and Physical Education Health. I excelled and enjoyed the information that was taught to me, particularly in the fields of chemistry and math. Although I have no formal tutoring or teaching experience in the typical classroom setting, I have done plenty of informal teaching.
