It brings me great joy working with all types of children. Although all children are different, it does not limit each child from learning. I do believe that all children are capable of learning. As an educator it is my job to meet the needs of each and every child who is a part of my classsroom or program. We all are different and learn differently. It is my job to observe and assess each child according to his/her learning style so that I am able to pull the right materials and teach children according to the way he/she may learn.
I have been working with young children since 2005. I started as a pre-school teacher with ages 3-5. For the past five years I have worked as an elementary school Teacher's Assistant.
