What works with one student may not work for another, so I try to stay as creative, open-minded, and instructionally flexible as possible. I have also realized that most students want to do their best but find it difficult with the distractions and hindrances of everyday life, so I strive to engage students' full attention though a variety of games, activities, and projects.
