Overcome Dyslexia

Special Education is one of my top subjects! ADD/ADHD, EBD, LD, ID, ASD, SPD...every single child has different needs, but I am most passionate about working with students who have exceptional challenges and have a lot of experience in many areas.

I am a 2014 graduate of Marymount University where I received a Masters in Special Education. I have teaching experience at both the elementary and middle school levels. In middle school, I focused on teaching 7th grade Math, but am comfortable in Language Arts as well. Let's Get America's Children Reading Again!!

I believe in tutoring so that the child receives feedback and fully understands his/her own limitations and how to overcome obstacles in class. Many children lack positivity in the methodology! I also believe that using art instruction helps children to learn in a more creative manner.
I have over of 30 years of progressive experience in tutoring young children in the elementary years of education in all subject matter areas.
