I originally was a math major and a math and history honor student at the University of Houston in the early 70's. I left school to start a family bakery in Vermont followed by award winning bakeries in Northern California and Utah. After retiring from baking, I completed my education at Vermont Tech with a degree in Information Technology. I enjoy passing on my skills and knowledge to others.
