A Little Bit About Me...

I have a bachelor's degree from Coe College in Art History and Writing, which included both creative and technical writing courses for completion. As of 2013, I have a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from Bowling Green State University. In addition to my academic achievements, I have worked at Bowling Green State University as an instructor of composition and creative writing. I taught both the Introduction to Academic Writing and the more advanced Academic Writing courses, as well as an undergraduate creative writing workshop. During this time, I was also the acting Managing Editor of the literary magazine, Mid-American Review. I am a hands on teacher and believe in using programs like Jing to share computer screens so that students can see exactly how or where something is and how to accomplish their end goals.
I have an associate degree in Digital Media and a Bachelor of Science in Graphic Design. I have recently graduated from my BS program from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh with a 3.44 GPA. I have spent the last eight years in school working in graphic design. I am familiar with the Adobe family of products. Photoshop is my first love. I am also working on learning Art Rage as well.

A Little Bit About Me...

I have received degrees in Int'l Business from Lourdes College, as well an Associates Degree in Accounting from Owens Community College. While with the Ohio Air National Guard, participated in the Mentoring program with Township Elementary, Swanton Local Schools for five(5)-years. I enjoyed working with the students, helping those that needed a little extra attention. I enjoy reading, writing, learning new words, learning period. Math, science, grammer, writing, civics, are all areas where our future need some help and I want to help make a difference. This is a serious problem for us as a society and a nation.
