I have worked with children in various settings since 1974. My experience began working as a summer camp counselor in different residential camps for those with special needs from 1974 - 1980 inclusive. Since then I have worked as a psychiatric technician with children and adolescents hospitalized in in-patient psychiatric units. I worked as a recreation therapist with children and adolescents for over 20 years in residential treatment centers, psychiatric hospitals, mental health day treatment, and alternative schools.
