I went to college and earned a BS in Biology always knowing that I would eventually teach the sciences. I was an excellent student and have always found pride in myself on my ability to communicate with clearity. I have one year of tutoring experience at the k-12 level. Naturally I would set goals and objectives (Independent Educational Plan). Depending if the individual's assets or deficits (weaknesses) would determine my teaching style. It was determined by the type of approach that would benefit the individual best. Some people are visual versus audtory, or hands on learners.
