I like emphasis on visual education and demonstrations because they stick with you much longer than technical memorization of topics. Real life application is crucial to me as well, if you want to be pre med I like to tutor you with problems that are applicable to that field. My teaching style is one of discipline and at the same time hands-on. Students must feel the relevance of the world around them in order to gain an understanding of what's being taught. I work with the individual but never let the focus off of the competition that's waiting. Students must understand that learning is an every day, every moment experience.
