I have always loved working with young people and helping them achieve their potential. I have worked with mainstream and honors students to behavior disorder and severely cognitively impaired youth. I believe there are no throw-away kids and that given the right environment and opportunities, all students can learn. My goal is to provide the best education possible and make my services become obsolete for each student. I believe that literature and English provide skills for living a fulfilling and productive life. My love of literature has helped me become an accomplished trainer and educator. As a tutor and trainer I believe in bringing passion and patience to the table. I also understand that most people learn in a variety of ways -- seeing, hearing and doing. But, with kids, I know that learning can be accelerated by a teacher or tutor that cares and keeps things fun.
