I try to teach things at a basic level first. If it seems that my student is understanding the information, then I would move on to more difficult ideas. Explaining complex theories using drawings and examples helps many students. I like to ask students questions so that I know that they are comprehending what I am teaching. I enjoy working with kids of all a ages and skill levels! My passion is working with kids who are special education, or those who need more one on one time. Math was always a struggle for me so I enjoy working with kids who need extra support with math/algebra.
