As a recent graduate from Clemson University's Calhoun Honors College, I deeply believe in the importance of education. I graduated high school with a high GPA and a 1420/1600 SAT score, I was granted the Palmetto Fellows Scholarship to attend college, where I graduated in three and a half years with honors. As a former computer instructor, I can't tell you how much I miss teaching. Teaching was the one career in my life where I felt completely fulfilled. A Little Bit About Me...

I've been teaching informally most of my adult life. I earned a 193 out of a possible 200 on a Praxis test that covered content knowledge of my subject area (English literature), and 179 in a comprehensive middle school language arts test, and am enrolled in Capella University, where I'm currently pursuing a master's of science degree in K-12 studies.
