I have over 15 years teaching experience and I have had the pleasure of working with students of many different ages and levels. I have taught middle school, high school and college age students. I have also worked with elementary age students in summer programs. I have been with my current full time employer for over 10 years teaching all levels of high school French. I also currently work as an adjunct instructor for Saint Louis University and Saint Charles Community College. I have lived and studied in Angers, France which has enabled me to increase and refine both my language skills and my knowledge of French culture.

I sincerely have a passion for helping others. I enjoy learning and growing together. A Little Bit About Me...

I love teaching students, especially when I get the chance to engage them one-on-one. I find that teaching in a public school, I do not get to do this nearly often enough, which disappoints me, for I feel that many students do not really connect with the learning process until they have individual, personal attention. Many of my students have told me how much they appreciate my high level of patience and how I will take the time to explain over and over again in different ways until they have completely understood. When teaching, I strive to reach all the different intelligences, thus I vary my activities widely.
