The most important thing about my teaching style is that I believe every child can achieve academic excellence and can be interested in learning. A huge part of this is being very transparent about where the student starts, what our goals are for where they are going, and how they are doing along the way. Three years ago, I changed my career from being a Human Resources professional to pursue my lifelong dream of teaching school and coaching. When I was a HR professional, my niche was developing and conducting career and professional skill workshops. Over the last three years I have tried to hone my own teaching skill set by practicing it in various settings. My life has been filled with teaching and working with children. At the age of ninteen as a very young mother I felt a sense of duty in teaching my children how to achive higher than they can ever have imagined. I love to see the look of awe on their faces when they realize that they to can understand which ever subject that slips them. The rest is simple practice, practice, practice seals the deal.
