My comments on tutoring Marketing : I have worked as graphic designer in marketing so I am knowlegable of this subject.

I am proficent in the Adobe Creative Suite. I have been in charge of design and layout of many projects for various companies. Projects include but are not limited to posters, brochures, direct mail pieces, advertisements, flyers, promotional materials, coins or medals, magazines, multimedia and web design. I have been in charge of implementation of brand standards. Created multimedia presentations as well as web marketing initiatives.
I like to work one on one with people. I am usually the go to for questions about "how" to do something.

As a teacher, classroom experiences have made me realize all students do not learn the same fashion. Some students are more aggressive and advanced but there are those who are silent and will not speak out about difficulties understanding competencies. I prefer not to embarrass those students but give them the opportunity to learn one-on-one. While some students have a difficult time with teacher/student ratio, I like to give the option of working with another student who may understand the content and can teach another peer. In addition, students need to connect content with real world examples that I bring to the classroom. Students comprehend what they understand and identify.

I love tutoring and mentoring kids, period. It's spiriturally rewarding to me as an adult to have a part in a child's development. I believe every child is special. There's is no doubt in my mind that if a tutor approach is based on patience, quality time and empathy, he or she will be successful and effective.
