A Little Bit About Me...

I have been tutoring for a little over 2 years for both a company and private clients. The tutoring company specializes in under privileged students via the No Child Left Behind Act. I normally tutor high school students in science, basic math, and English/literature for this company. Additionally, I tutor college students in nursing chemistry and general chemistry, where typically I see a letter grade increase in tests. I have also tutored students in chemistry review for MCAT and DAT.
I understand the math and science are often difficult for students to comprehend. Many teenagers and young adults feel like they will never use this knowledge in "real life" applications. A Little Bit About Me...

I plan to pursue a master's degree in education because I feel the need to help children and young adults know the importance of education. I would love to impact students through learning by stressing the importance of educational learning so that I may make a difference in students' lives.
As a University of Alabama graduate, I was very driven to achieve a high level of excellence in Biological sciences and math. I hold a degree in Environmental science, which enabled me to gain an understanding in many areas of math and science such as chemistry, biology, geology, and geography.
