I am thankful that I had some "hard" teachers and professors throughout my education. I have honestly grown to understand the importance of success and how nothing worth having comes easily. My approach to learning is straight forward. Who? What? When Where? How? Learning should be fun. However, I donot believe in holding anyones hands. I expect my students to put as much effort as I myself am giving. Yes, every student learns in different ways. It would be my job to discover the best approach for each student. I like teaching and also tutoring. I am considerate and patient. I believe that each student has the potential to be an academic success. In college, I was a Math Tutor in all the requisite courses and calculus. I have earned two bachelor degrees, BS in Math and BS in Mechanical Engineering, which has enabled me to gain an understanding in many areas of math and science. In addition, I have learned extensive grammatical skills due to writing research papers and laboratory reports, along with essays in many various areas of study. I have taught adult students in mathematics, mechanical assembly, and job skills.

After obtaining a BA in Business Ad, becoming a CPA, and working ten years as an accountant/auditor, I focused my skills towards teaching. I taught accounting and business math 4 yrs at a business college and community college. In addition I have used extensive grammatical skills in writing audit reports and business letters. I also have many years volunteering in various children's programs. Most recently is five years as Children's Teacher/Supervisor of a weekly preschool program of 35 children ages 2-6, Teaching, in some form, has been a part of my life for the last 20 years.
