I am a CPA and have forty years experience in a business environment. My background is a strong, diversified as I have experience in Public Accounting, Internal Audit, Corporate Accounting and Nor-for-Profit organizations. I have taught at the collegiate level as a full time instructor and currently as an adjunct faculty member.
My teaching style for accounting is to encourage the student to visualize the "real world" transaction and relate it to accounting. Once this is done the accounting becomes a part of the transaction.
