A Little Bit About Me...

I have studied Latin for 7 years, and have earned 27 credit hours at the collegiate level in the field with a 4.0 average in those courses in Latin Poetry, Latin Prose Composition, Latin Epistolary Writings, and Liturgical Latin. I have tutored 7 students in 100 and 200 level Latin courses at Franciscan University of Steubenville over the past 3 years. I have also earned 15 credit hours in Ancient Greek and 16 credit hours in Modern German, giving me extensive experience with analyzing grammar, syntax, morphology, and etymology differences between languages. A Little Bit About Me...

I have two years of experience teaching the English language to Taiwanese children and youth. I have also worked with at-risk children and youth in summer and after-school programs. In addition, I have one year of experience in curriculum development. In addition, I have earned a BA in political science (from a liberal arts college) and am currently working on a BS in accounting. I have an excellent command of the English language, social studies, and synthesis writing, and have successfully tutored my own child in phonics and reading.
