As a young adult I was insired by another CPA. She was a great mentor to me and inspired me to get my degree and pass the CPA exam. I have had experience tutoring undergraduate level students with various levels of mathematics and accounting courses while at college from 2002-2006. I also have over 3 years of experience mentoring professional staffs on accounting job functions.
I believe I can be a good teacher as I have the necessary background and the experience. The fact that I like sharing knowledge would only add to my interest in a teaching opportunity. If I have a choice, I would prefer one-on-one type tutoring classes to group courses. My style of teaching is pretty basic. I would want my students to spend a lot of time practicing and knowing their subject matters. I would want my students to put in the required dedication to the educational opportunity on hand.
