Creative Arts is one of my top subjects! I am an expert in apparel design including technical design, patternmaking, costing, specs, fit, construction and textiles. I also work in Illustrator and Photoshop every day on a Mac but I know how to use both on a PC. I love drawing and painting. I am an artist at heart and would love to assist you in developing your love for art too.

Each student is different. I am dyslexic. Finding ways for each student to make the light bulb go off is such a joy. I believe in doing. Whether it is going to the hospital and talking with an experienced nurse or provider on difficult subjects or starting lines on me or any willing participants, whatever will help you learn. If it means going to as a greenhouse and seeing fractals in real life or finding geometrically forms in downtown Dallas and turning those into problems to solve. We could go to a department store, pick out a garment and make a pattern from it and then sew, fit and wear it. We could even speak with HR on what they want in a resume. Graphic Design, Art & History

I spent six years in college studying a variety of subjects. Overall I did very well for myself. I have a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Art. The Emphasis is Graphic Design with a History minor. I am aware that it is a mouthful, but I wanted the history minor because I always have and always will love history. I think it is important to know and understand what occurred so we might avoid the same action in the future.
I tend to let the student go at their own pace and help as needed. I'm not a hovering type or over the shoulder.
