I am currently a graduate student at Wright State University majoring in English Literature. I am also a Graduate Teaching Assistant (GTA) for the English Department and have developed a deep admiration for working closely with students. I always wanted to become a math teacher, but in order to become one in a communist regime; you had to be a member in the Romanian Communist Party. So, I obtained a BS in Mechanical Engineer (172 credit hours). I was working as a designer in Romania and had in parallel a private math and physics tutoring business. At NEIU I finished a lot of credits hours toward my second BA in Secondary Education Mathematics. Meanwhile, I found a job as a Mechanical Engineer at Mercury Products. Three years ago I have relocated with my husband's company in Dayton, Ohio. Meanwhile, I found an Estimator job at PTC and I was laid off due to the economy.
