I believe that we all learn better one way versus another but it does not negate the many ways of learning as well. Puzzles, music, drawing, and physical activity are important in a child’s world of learning through exploration and critical thinking. My comments on tutoring Reading : One way to encourage my students to read more is to make reading relevant. I often review what they are reading in class and connect the material to pop culture, sports, or current events so the material becomes relevant.
