I am a graduate of Western Illinois University, and I am excited to be starting my teaching career. During my graduate program at SIU, I become a teaching assistant and fell in love with teaching. I taught undergraduate laboratory in microbiology and bacteriology to undergraduate students. I have earned a bachelor's in Biology from Augustana and am finishing writing my thesis to obtain my Master's in Biological Sciences from SIU. Since I have written and critiqued my thesis, research papers, lab reports, and other science papers, I have gained much knowledge in grammar. A Little Bit About Me...

I found working with young minds in different Early Childhood agencies is one reason for earning my Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education. I then wanted to expand my enjoyment and empower others by obtaining my BSW. I have wanted to be a Social Work ever since high school. Even though, in the last few years I have not worked with the young population, I still enjoy all the things they can teach me.
