I began teaching in 2001 in Caddo Parish. I have taught Pre-K, Kindergarten, First Grade and Second Grade. I have also tutored kindergarten-4th grade students in my home for 10 years. Upon leaving University I went into sales and marketing management for a couple of years. A career change occurred as I entered the realm of land surveying and mapping. I was an exemplary student athlete and attended university on multiple athletic and academic scholarships.
