Reading is the Key to Success!

I have worked in the field of education as a teacher for 30 years. I have taught basic skills in foundations of Reading to middle school students. Spelling is one of my top subjects! I LOVE words. I enjoy learning new words to add to my vocabulary, and helping others enhance their spelling.

Every student is different, regardless of gender or age. Their learning style is different, therefore my teaching style has to be designed specifically for their learning level. Some students are audio learners, and some like myself are visual. But I try to teach in a way where they are really understanding the information for the long haul, not just temporarily for the specific assignment.
