A Little Bit About Me...

My son, as I stated earlier can be rebellious, so I have to be very patient with him and always stay positive. I constantly tell him how smart he is, how well he is doing, and I always point out his accomplishments and tell him where more work is needed. This style to me is important when working with any child, positive reinforcement and contant encouragement is needed.
I have a son who was born with neurofibromatosis is accompanied by a learning disability. My son is now 18 and in his last year of High School. He has been in special education courses since 2nd grade once being diagnosed with his learning challenges.
