In May of 2009 I graduated from the University of South Dakota with a Bachelor of Science majoring in Biology and Chemistry. During my undergraduate career I worked a semester as a Supplemental Instruction Leader. My position required me to help further students understanding of Molecular and Cellular Biology. After I received my degree I spent a summer teaching Chemistry, Biology, and Physics to under-priviledged high school students for the Upward Bound program at The University of South Dakota. Currently I teach Elementary, Middle, and High School math for Tutor.com. I am interested in further tutoring positions as my Tutor.com position has limited hours available. Every student learns differently but they all respond to a few tricks I've learned. Positive feedback helps all student gain confidence and reduce their frustration while learning.
