A Little Bit About Me...

As a graduate in Education with a 3.84 grade point, I strive for excellence in everything that I do. I have taken some graduate classes in child psychology and human physiology to gain a better understanding of the children that I will be working with and teaching. I have taught in a private school for 3 years and the public elementary school system for 4.
Every child has something to contribute to our community if only given the opportunity and tools to do so. Children can learn whether they are visual, kinesthetic, or auditory learners. I LOVE teaching and believe that one-on-one work (and small group work) is highly effective. I strive to become my students' friend, while also maintaining a professional work environment. My strong background in working with children ages 3 and up that have come from different backgrounds and that have had unique needs has helped me to cater specifically to my students' individual needs.
