My comments on tutoring Spelling : I learned to spell use small tricks such as: the word business. I learned to spell it as bus-i-ness. I broke down the words into smaller words to help me learn them for spell test and vocabulary.

I allow my teaching style to mold itself to each individual student, finding methods of communicating the information that best suit the learning style of my student. I have tutored for Acers tutoring in Orlando for a full year. I have full experience with teaching reading and writing, as well as somer lower level algebra and mathematic skills. The kids have ranged from ages 8-14. As well, I have been giving guitar lessons to kids between the ages of 10-14. The children have all been able to pick up quickly, and being a song writer, I encourage the kids to seek full creativity in their music and learning. In college, I've spent my time volunteering with the youth group, and helping mentor kids in the middle school age. My comments on tutoring Spelling : Teaching elementary classes for over 40 years I have spent much time teaching Spelling. I know that students have different learning styles and therefore adapt my teaching style for them.

I have enjoyed very much working with children and I know that every student has his own learning style and my teaching must be adapted to them. I am patient, even with children who do not speak fluent English and I seek to encourage them to seek success. A Little Bit About Me...

I have taught elementary school in private and public settings, in both New York City and Florida. I taught high school English and Global Studies in New York city. I have worked as a tutor in general subjects for elementary students, as well as for Reading, Language, and Biology for high school anc dollege students.
