Attended Watford College and obtained the equivalent of a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. After emigrating to the United States and serving 4 years in the US Air Force I pursued a career in IBM Mainframe Programming. For 4 years I taught Business Programming at Boulder Vocational/Technical College as well as conducting many in-house training sessions at Storage Tek. In my classroom experience, I have developed a process of instruction followed by in-class practice that effectivly leads to individual learning. As an instuctor in a one on one situation I have found it best to deal with the deficiencies of learning and reinforce the material the student knows. I have always found that students learn best when they feel they already have a grasp of the subject. I feel I can positivly influence the confidence in students that will engage them in learning.
