I believe in hands-on teaching. I basically teach students who are below grade level in Reading & Language Arts. I enjoy discoveries. I teach constructively by using audio, visual and student participation. I feel every child can learn but in his or her own way. Teachers have to discover what works for their students. A Little Bit About Me...

I earned my BS in Political Science and obtained a MBA in 2008. I am currently working on my Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy. I tutored students in an array of subjects from 1996-2000. I also tutored and mentored children at Burke Elementary School from 2005-2008. I currently serve as the Chairperson of the Youth Directors Board at my church, which I work with the youth in various areas.
It is a joy to be able to work with children. I understand that we all learn in different ways and I like working with students to help them find which way is best for them.
